This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28580 of 2023 on 22.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
