CRIME NO.133 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition that "the petitioner shall stay at Thiruvannamalai and report before the Town Police station, Thiruvannamalai on every wednesday and saturday at 10.30 p.m., until further orders" imposed on the Petitioner herein vide order dated 04/01/2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.24489 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DEIVANANDAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.24489 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the petitioner is scrupulously complying with the condition without any deviation. However, the respondent has not yet completed the investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
