This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the Civil Revision.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit since the father of the petitioners had died, the same led the petitioners to pursue the suit by impleading themselves as legal heirs and hence, prays to accept the cause title in the above Civil Revision Petition.

Considering the above submissions and nature of averments in the affidavit filed along with this petition and in order to give an opportunity to the petitioners to persue the suit filed by their father, this petition is Ordered.
