Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition and a direction may be issued to the trial Court to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.152 of 2010 within a time frame. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.

Recording the endorsement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the trial Court is directed to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.152 of 2010 within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
