This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Para No.5(b) on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1251 of 2024 dated on 29.01.2024, the bail petition was allowed by this Court along with the condition.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
