This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records of the respondent in the Assessment No.38309607 dated 30.10.2012 and quash the same.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that the entire tax had been paid and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
