O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 12.02.2016 made in W.P.No.5269 of 2016 wherein this Court directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3246/2016/Aa2 dated 03.11.2016, rejecting the request of the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the said proceedings dated 03.11.2016.

3. Since the order passed by this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above proceedings of the respondent dated 03.11.2016 in the manner known to law, if so advised.
