The instant writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to rework with regard to the pension papers pertaining to the petitioner within the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

time framed to derive the appropriate applicable pension and to extend the benefit of service of the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition has become infructuous. Therefore, he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the memorandum of writ petition.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
