W.P.No.12407 of 2024 was filed seeking police protection to survey and put up compound wall in the petitioner's patta land was considered. This court, restricted the relief by directing the police to provide police protection for survey, if the surveyor seek for any direction.
2. The Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner alleges that the Police is not providing police protection for putting up the compound wall, the present contempt petition is filed.
3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submits that, as per direction of this Court, on the request of the surveyor, police protection was given on 05.08.2025. With such police protection, the surveyor measured the land and identified the boundaries.
4. Considering the fact that the order of this Court been complied. This Court finds no breach of the order to initiate any contempt proceedings. Page Nos.2/5
