This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for not obeying the order passed in W.P.No.28724 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the documents placed on record.

When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, Puducherry appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.28724 of 2025 dated 06.08.2025 has been duly complied with and pleaded to close the Petition, for which, there is no objection on the side of the petitioner.
