ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the proceedings in C.C.No.27 of 2023, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Salem District and quash the same.

2. When this Court on going through the records, expressed its view that the claim of the petitioner cannot be entertained, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
