ORDER

disputed questions of fact involved, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition and also seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the civil court.

2. After recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek relief if so advised before the Civil Court in the manner known to him under law.
