COMMON ORDER The matter was posted on 16.04.2019. On that date, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that they have already taken possession of the property and arrears of rent was deposited by the tenant. The matter was adjourned to 23.04.2019 for production of necessary orders. When the matter was listed on 20.08.2019, there was no representation by the petitioner. Therefore, the Court has directed the matter to be posted under the caption "for dismissal" on 26.08.2019. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case is dismissed for default.

2. Accordingly, the Civil Revision petitions are dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
