The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Learned II Additional Family Court at Chennai to dispose the O.P.No.3459 of 2016 within time limit as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

According to the revision petitioner, the revision petitioner has filed a petition in OP.No.3459 of 2016 before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai for divorce. The respondent has

filed counter affidavit and proof affidavit has also been filed by the respondent. But the case has been adjourned from time to time. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court to dispose of the said Petition within the time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. By considering the facts and circumstances of the case and by taking into consideration all the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to direct the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the petition in OP.No.3459 of 2016 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. Thus, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
