ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.40532 of 2016, by order dated 18.11.2016, directed the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the proposal sent by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3561/2013/Pa2, dated 10.06.2015 and to pass appropriate orders with regard to the regularization of the service of the petitioner as AntiPoaching Wathcer (Supernumerary) in the light of G.O.Ms.No.76, Environment and Forest Department, dated 207.06.2010, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
