ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition relax the condition in para No.5 (b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1524 of 2024 in Crime NO.1333 of 2024 order dated 24.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed in para No.5 (b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.1524 of 2024 in Crime NO.1333 of 2024 order dated 24.01.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 17.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police H-6, R.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai - 600 021.
