ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We note with a deep sense of regret that even after filing of the petition seeking disposal of the representation of the petitioner dated 11.2.2014, the second respondent has slept over the matter for more than two years.

2. We direct the second respondent to dispose of the aforesaid representation, after notice to all concerned, with inspection at site, within a maximum period of three months of the date of the receipt of the order.
