This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 06.03.2020 dismissing the writ appeal for default and restore the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

We have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Having satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered and the writ appeal is restored. Registry is directed to post the main writ appeal for hearing on 07.12.2023.
