No.829 of 2014, has not been complied with by the respondent. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforestated order passed by this Court, has been complied with by the respondent.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed.
