Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearaing the respondents or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e cross massage in the name of and style of "KERALA AYUR LIGHT & SPA" at No. 1036/1, part II, 1st floor, 3rd Street Sathuvachari,Vellore District.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed forbearaing the respondents or their men, agents from interfering with the peaceful conduct of business i.e cross massage in the name of and style of "KERALA AYUR LIGHT & SPA" at No. 1036/1, part II, 1st floor, 3rd Street Sathuvachari,Vellore District.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On perusal of records it is seen that the petitioner has given representation to the 1st respondent to give directions to the 2nd respondent not to interfere with their business "Kerala https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ayur Light & Spa", since they are indulged in any illegal activities.

4. Today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that there are no cases or complaints pending as against the petitioner on the file of the 2nd respondent..

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent is directed not to interfere with the peaceful business of the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
