(Made by Ms.Indira Banerjee, Chief Justice) After hearing the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner annexed at page No.6 of the typed set of papers filed along with the writ petition (translation at page No.7) and to take a decision thereon in accordance with law at the earliest, preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. Needless to mention that notice shall also be given to the licensee, who shall be given an opportunity of hearing before a final decision is taken. No costs.
