This Criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to grant police protection to the petitioner for the land owned by the petitioner measuring an extent of 2 1/2 cents, comprised in S.No.548/1Q, at Bendarahali Village -II Village Patta No.102, Vacant House Site as per registered document No.145/2022 dated 29.01.2022 at Pochampalli taluk, Krishnagiri District.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.48 of 2023 and it was closed as civil in nature on 22.03.2023.

Recording the submission of learned Additional public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is left open to the petitioner to 2/4
