This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27821 of 2023 to report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter during the Court hearing dates.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet.
