Common Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2020, with regard to approval of appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher from the initial date of appointment i.e., 30.03.1998, in the 5th respondent school, with all consequential benefits, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.122, Adidravida and Tribal Welfare (ADW7) Department, dated 02.08.2005, and the order passed in W.P.No.9072 of 2005 dated 19.12.2007.

COMMON ORDER Mr.P.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent in all writ petitions. Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents 2 to 5 in all writ petitions. By consent, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioners have preferred these writ petitions for a direction directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2020, with regard to approval of appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher from the initial date of appointment i.e., 30.03.1998, in the 5th respondent school, with all consequential benefits, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.122, Adidravida and Tribal Welfare (ADW7) Department, dated 02.08.2005, and the order passed in W.P.No.9072 of 2005 dated 19.12.2007.

3. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer, a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 30.11.2020, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.122, Adidravida and Tribal Welfare (ADW7) department, dated 02.08.2005 and the order passed in W.P.No.9072 of 2005 dated 19.12.2007, on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders

within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. These writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
