When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.11.2018, there is no representation on behalf of the 3rd respondent. Hence, the matter is posted today for hearing. Even today, none appeared on behalf of 3rd respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent locking and sealing the petitionier's premises.

3. Earlier, this Court by an order dated 14.11.2018 directed the respondent to hand over the key to the petitioner in pursuant to the order passed by the Commercial Division of this Court in C.S.No.439 of 2018 and Tr.C.S. No. 728 of 2018 dated 30.10.2018 protected the possession of the petitioner premises.

4. Today, Mr.M.Velmurugan, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that in pursuant to the order passed by this court, the keys of the shop has been handed over to the petitioner, and the copy of the proceedings was also produced before this Court.

5. Considering the above circumstances, as the possession of the petitioner has been now restored, nothing survives in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the present Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
