ORDER

This writ petition is filed for writ of certiorari, calling for the records relating to the award dated 19.02.2021 passed in C.P.No. 51 of 2019 on the file of the Labour Court, Hosur and to quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

2. The learned counsel for both sides present.

3. It is reported by the learned counsel for both sides that the matter is settled in mediation. The terms of settlement duly signed by the parties as well as by the learned counsel for both sides is produced before this Court. The terms of settlement shall form part of this order.

4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of mediation settlement. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
