In A.No.1500 of 2022 This application has been filed to pass an order to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the sole plaintiff in the T.O.S. No.25 of 2014.

In A.No.1501 of 2022 This application has been filed to bring the applicant namely K.Vijayarani as legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff in TOS No.25 of 2014 as plaintiff in the place of the deceased plaintiff S.T. Sundari.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/plaintiff and perused the affidavit filed in support of these applications to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the sole plaintiff and to bring the applicant namely K.Vijayarani as legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff in TOS No.25 of 2014.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has not opposed to allow these applications.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, these application are allowed. 5.Accordingly, the learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the plaint.
