(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the dispute is resolved between the parties through mediation. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner further submitted that the habeas corpus petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
