ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the representation dated 22.06.2016 given by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Govind Kumar, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.580 of 2016 against the petitioner.
4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
