This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall be appear before the respondent police at everyday at 06.30 p.m. until further orders and the petitioner shall appear before the Session Court, everyday at 10.30 a.m. till framing charges thereafter, appear during the Court hearing dates imposed in Crl.O.P.No.797 of 2024 order datd 22.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks.
