JUDGMENT
This matter is listed before this Court under the caption "for being mentioned".
2.Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the learned counsel for Defendant.
3.The agreement dated 12.08.2025, entered between the parties before the Mediation Centre was recorded by this Court by its earlier order dated 17.09.2025. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties submitted that the total claim amount is Rs.6,29,84,823/- and the agreement contains a specific clause, viz., 5(B), providing for payment of Rs.4,35,25,636.10/- to the first party of the settlement agreement, which has been duly agreed by both the parties. There is no dispute in this regard. 4.In view of the specific clause contained in the agreement dated 12.08.2025 entered between the parties, no further clarification is required for the Registry.
5.Accordingly, the matter is clarified.
