The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. No.13492 of 2016 dated 12.04.2016.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 12.04.2016 in W.P. No.13492 of 2016 has been complied with and therefore, the contempt petition may be closed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted the said statement of the respondent's counsel.
4. In the light of the statements made by both the counsel, this Contempt Petition is closed.
