This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 4(c) in Crl.O.P.No.1881 of 2024 on 08.02.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of the Dean, Government General Hospital, Perambalur District for treatment of needy patients.

4. Further, three weeks time is extended to the petitioner to comply with the conditions before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready.
