This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner in petition No.5/SPG/SB/2016 dated 25.05.2016 and to investigate on the complaint of the petitioner in the manner known to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint dated 25.05.2016 given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.280 of 2016 for the offences u/s 294(b), 323, 324 IPC and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
