ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation letter dated 06.07.2023 within the time frame to be fixed by this Honble Court ."

2. The petitioner's case is that she was initially appointed as a Staff Nurse on a contract basis on 03.02.2002. Subsequently, her services were regularised by the respondents. According to the petitioner, she is entitled to get the benefits of the Old Pension Scheme, as her initial date of appointment is 03.02.2002, which is prior to 01.04.2003, the cut-off date fixed for determining eligibility under the Old Pension Scheme. In this regard, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 06.07.2023. However, the same has not been considered to date. Hence, the Writ Petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, and taking note of the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2023 has not

been considered to date, the Writ Petition is allowed. The 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
