Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for furnishing the surety on Crl.MP.No.10247/2021 in Crl.OP.NO.4804/2021 dated 06.10.2021 on the file of this Hon'ble court.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MOHAMMED ASEEF, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed the present petition to extend the time for furnishing the sureties in Crl.MP.No.10247 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.4804 of 2021 dated 06.10.2021.
2. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on 01.04.2022 with the condition to furnish sureties and report before the investigating officer but the petitioner has not complied said order, but the petitioner has approached this Court for extension of time, that was considered by this Court , time was extended. Inspite of extension of time, the petitioner has not complied the condition till date.

3. This Court finds that even after one year of passing of the order, the petitioner has not complied with the anticipatory bail order and enjoying anticipatory bail. Since the respondent has already completed the investigation and filed a final report, in such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to extend or give any fresh anticipatory bail order for non-compliance of the order.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
