Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to release the petitioner Multi Axle Goods Vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 28 AA 3786 dated 25.10.2006 and 21.01.2016 which was illegally seized by the 2nd respondent herein without following any procedure stipulated in law on 05.03.2019 and keeping the above vehicle illegal custody of the 3rd respondent without considering the representations given by the petitioner in person on 06.03.2019 as well as by speed post and courier dated 12.03.2019 to the 1st respondent to release Multi Axle Goods Vehicle and to direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action against the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein for abuse of power.
