This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned Resolution dated 15.08.2012, wherein, the 2nd and 3rd respondents published the list of persons for whom the patta was granted under the Poor Houseless Adi Dravidar Scheme.

2.There was no representation in this writ petition right from the year 2013 onwards. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.06.2022, once again there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and hence, the matter was posted under the caption 'For Dismissal' today. Even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 3.It is seen from the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent that house site pattas have already been issued in favour of 72 poor houseless Adi Dravidars and four other writ petitions which were filed challenging the acquisition were also dismissed by this Court. 4.In view of the fact that the petitioner has not shown any interest in prosecuting this writ petition and also in view of the fact that house site pattas have already been issued in favour of the 72 persons, no useful 2/4

purpose will be served in keeping this writ petition pending. 5.In view of the above, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
