This petition has been filed to modify the portion of the order dated 03.01.2022, wherein this Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the APTEL, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and he sought time extension of eight weeks.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court modifies the time limit to eight weeks instead of two weeks to file an appeal before the APTEL.

4. Apart from the above modification / extension of time to eight weeks, remaining part of the said order remains unaltered.
