This petition has been filed to call for records pertaining to Cr.No.201 of 2010 on the file of the Station House Officer, Lawspet Police Station, Puducherry 605 008 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that investigation in Cr.No.201 of 2010 has been completed and Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.426 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry, as early as 28.10.2012. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
