O R D E R

The relief sought for in the writ petitioner is to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 19.02.2013 for appointment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant.

2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he had completed M.A., M.Ed., and registered in the Employment Exchange during the year 2006. The petitioner participated in the selection process for the recruitment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant during October 2012. The petitioner scored 102 marks. Admittedly, in spite of that the petitioner was not selected for appointment to the post of Post Graduate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Assistant. Thus the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

3.The Learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents brought to the notice of this court that the petitioner submitted an application and participated in the process of selection under the Category Sc (women). Admittedly, the petitioner scored 102 marks in the selection process. However, the last cut off mark for selection for the category of SC(Women) was 106 marks. Thus, the writ petitioner was not within the zone of consideration. Accordingly, the petitioner was not selected.

4. In view of the matter, the relief sought for to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the writ petitioner does not arise at all. Accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
