(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer is limited against interference of peaceful possession of the land in occupation of the petitioners of 50 cents in Survey No.482, which includes residential buildings bearing Door Nos.2/113, 1/302/, 3/18-A and 2/149 in Dhuthuraiyankottai Village, Kuppur Post, Dharmapuri Taluk and District without due process of law. The petition was filed on account of a perceived threat at that stage and in the meantime, no action has been taken.

2.We are of the view that the petition can be disposed of with the direction that any steps taken by the respondents should be in accordance with law.
