The above Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Ponneri, in I.A.No. 38 of 2018 in HMOP.No.219 of 2017, wherein, the Court has granted permission to the father to visit his minor daughter, three years old on every first and third Sunday between 10.A.M to 01.30.P.M at the Sub-Court premises at Ponneri.
