This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to delete the petitioner / first respondent herein namely the State of Tamil Nadu, Rep. by its Secretary, Labour and Employment (P2) Department, St. George Fort, Chennai, from the cause title in the above writ petition on the ground of misjoinder of parties.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered as prayed for.
