ORDER

The petitioners have come forward with this Criminal Revision Case as against the order dated 30.01.2015 passed by the Court below in Crl.MP.No.1511 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No.22 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

It appears that the Criminal Appeal No.22 of 2015 is pending before the learned XIX Additional District Judge, Chennai and the grounds raised in this revision are also identical to the grounds raised in the said appeal.

4. In view of the above fact, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the learned XIX Additional District Judge, Chennai is directed to dispose of the Criminal Appeal No.22 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 31st July 2015.
