ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.17080 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023 has been complied with, since the representation of the petitioners has been considered and rejected, through the proceedings 2/4

of the 3rd respondent herein in Memo.No.064728/G.20/G.202/2024, dated 03.06.2024.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondents cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the rejection order in accordance with law.
