JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking a mandamus for directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015 to sanction family pension.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last occasion the petitioner was not represented.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents are present and submitted that if some time is stipulated to the respondents the representation of the petitioner will be considered. Counter affidavit not filed. On considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents and on going through the records, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2015 as 2/4

expeditiously as possible not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of a order. Costs made easy.
