ORDER

The present Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order passed by this Court dated 28.02.2023 in W.P.No.30224 of 2016. 2.In my earlier order dated 09.06.2025, I had recorded the compliance of the order passed in the Writ Petition, as well as the respondent's initiation of disbursement of monetary benefits. 3.Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Advocate General placed reliance on the proceedings of the respondent dated 19.06.2025 and submitted that all the monetary benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent may not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to claim for any amounts that may not have been disbursed through the proceedings 2/4

dated 19.06.2025.
