O.P.No.822 of 2021 O.P.No.822 of 2021 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Original Petition has been filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, relating to the securities in the name of Mr.S.Janarthanam, the father of the petitioner, who died intestate on 30.01.2017.

2. The details of the Share Certificates have been given in the schedule to the petition.

3. The 1st respondent is the mother of the petitioner and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents are the sisters of the petitioner.

4. After effecting publication, the petitioner was invited to tender evidence.

5. The petitioner examined herself as P.W.1. The Death Certificate and the Legal Heirship Certificate of her father S.Janarthanan was marked as Exs.P1 and P2. The consent affidavits given by the four respondents were marked as Exs.P8 to P11.The details relating to the Share Certificates were marked as Exs.P13 and P14.
