3.It is seen that the petitioner's complaint was dismissed on technical grounds for non appearance of the petitioner. 4.This Court finds that the dismissal is merely on technicality. In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petitions are ordered. Notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

6.Registry is directed to number the Criminal appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for Admission on 25.03.2024.
